~For one, whenever I call up my cellphone, the weapon I'm holding is held up and Niko looks at it for a few seconds. Then a cellphone appears. However, whenever I try to unlock the bitch of an achievment that is One Man Army( Survive 5 minutes on six stars), my cellphone fails to be held out. I've unlocked cheats, and the only way to activate them (such as FUCKING HEALTH) is to pull out your trusty cellphone.
